Notes let your team leave internal comments on a driver, vehicle, trailer, or record, and tag teammates so they're notified.
Add a note
Open a driver, vehicle, or trailer, and go to the Notes tab.
Click + Add Note.
Type your note. To tag a teammate, type @ followed by their name and pick them from the list.
Click Save.
Notes are also available on other records, such as maintenance records and recruiting leads.
Get notified when you're tagged
When someone tags you, you'll see it under the bell icon in the top bar. To also get an email, go to Settings > Notifications (under Profile Settings) and turn on Tagged in Notes.
Note: Notes are internal. They're for your team, not your drivers.
