This article shows you around the admin dashboard: the menus, switching companies, language, and notifications.
The left menu
The left menu takes you to every part of Digital Permit Book: Dashboard, Drivers, Equipment, Documents, Forms, DPB AI Chat, Tasks, File Drop, and Reports. Modules you turn on, such as Maintenance, Safety, Recruiting, and Vault, appear below them. Help and Settings are at the bottom.
Click the panel icon at the top of the page to collapse or expand the menu.
Switch between companies
If you manage more than one company, click the company name in the top-left corner. Pick a company from the list, or click View All to see every company you have access to. You can also open the list from your profile menu with View Companies.
Change the language
Click the flag icon in the top bar and choose English, Français, or Español.
Notifications
Click the bell icon in the top bar to see recent activity, such as:
Documents drivers add or send through File Drop
Drivers starting or ending DOT Mode
Notes where someone tagged you
New job applications
To choose which alerts you also get by email or push notification, go to Settings > Notifications under Profile Settings.
Your profile menu
Click your initials in the top-right corner to switch companies with View Companies or to Logout. Your personal details, password, and notification settings are in Settings under Profile Settings.
