Inspection Site: enter where the inspection took place.
Division: select the division, or leave it as Default.
Equipment:
Type: choose the equipment type, for example tractor or trailer.
Unit #: select the unit being inspected.
Vin #: enter or check the unit's VIN.
Inspector:
Inspector: enter the name of the person who did the inspection.
Date: set the inspection date. It defaults to today.
Tick the box certifying that the vehicle has been inspected and meets the annual inspection requirements of 49 CFR Part 396.
Click Generate PDF, or Cancel to leave without saving.
