In the left menu, go to Maintenance → Tire Tracker
Each row is one tire position on one unit:
Unit #: the vehicle or trailer number.
Type: whether the unit is a vehicle or a trailer.
Updated: the date the tread depth was last measured.
Tire Positions: where the tire sits, for example Steer L or Drive 1 L Outer.
Tread Depth: the depth measured at the last reading.
Est. Current Depth: the estimated tread depth today, based on the last reading. A red value means the tread is low and the tire needs attention.
Actions:
The green pencil icon updates the reading.
The red trash icon deletes it.
Other tools on this page:
Use the search bar to find a unit.
Use Filters to narrow the list.
Use the column arrows to sort, for example by Est. Current Depth to put the most worn tires together.
Use the dropdown at the bottom left and the page arrows to move through the list.
Record tread depth
Measure each tire with a tread depth gauge.
Click + Add Record in the top right.
Under Basic, select the Unit # and choose the Type (for example, Vehicle).
Enter each reading by choosing its value from the dropdown (0/32, 1/32, 2/32 and so on):
Steer: Steer L and Steer R.
Drive 1: L Outer, L Inner, R Inner and R Outer.
Drive 2: L Outer, L Inner, R Inner and R Outer.
Save. Each tire position appears as its own row in the Tires tab, dated today.
