Maintenance Records - Owner Operator

Go to Maintenance > Records to track repairs and service for your truck and trailer. The page has two tabs: Records and Totals.

Import a record with AI

The fastest way to add a record is to upload the receipt or invoice and let AI fill it in.

1. Click Import with AI.

2. Drop in or browse for the receipt or invoice.

3. Click Save. AI creates the record and pulls out the parts and labor.

4. Open the new record to check the details.

AI credits: Each AI import uses AI credits. Check your balance in Settings > AI Credits.

Add a record manually

1. Click Add Record.

2. Enter the details, such as the date, unit (vehicle or trailer), odometer, amount, and a description of the work.

3. Click Save.

View your records

• The Records tab lists each record with its Type, Date, Description, Source, Odometer, Amount, and Status (for example New or Closed). The total amount appears at the bottom.

• The Totals tab shows how much you've spent on each unit.

• Use Filters and Columns to find records and choose what's shown. Click a record to open and edit it.

To set up your own maintenance types (for example Oil Change or PM), go to Settings > Maintenance Types.
