Dashboard - Owner Operator

The Dashboard provides a quick summary of your documents and their status.

Document Summary Cards

At the top of the Dashboard, you can see an overview of your documents:

• Total Documents
  Shows the total number of documents added to the system.

• Expired
  Displays the number and percentage of documents that are already expired.

• Expiring Soon
  Shows the number and percentage of documents that are close to expiry.

Document Actions

From the Action column, you can:

• View the document using the Eye icon

• Download the document

• Delete the document if it is no longer needed
