Go to Settings > Driver App to choose which features drivers can see and use in the driver app. Each switch turns one feature on or off for all drivers.
Equipment
Lock Vehicle – newly added drivers only see documents for their assigned vehicle.
Lock Trailer – newly added drivers only see documents for their assigned trailer.
Lock Vehicle and Lock Trailer apply to new drivers. To change an existing driver, open their profile and use the lock options next to their assigned vehicle and trailer.
Driver uploads
Allow Driver Docs – drivers can add documents to their own profile.
Allow Vehicle Docs – drivers can add documents to their vehicle.
Allow Trailer Docs – drivers can add documents to their trailer.
File Drop – drivers can send any file to the office without attaching it to a profile.
Documents drivers add go to Documents > All > Review for you to approve or reject. File Drop files appear under File Drop.
What drivers can see
Model Docs – shows Driver, Vehicle, Trailer, and Company documents on separate screens.
Vehicle – shows the vehicle in the driver app.
Trailer – shows the trailer in the driver app.
Company – shows the Company section in the driver app.
Company + Info – shows the Company tile and company name.
Documents – shows the Documents section.
Resources – shows company resources from Documents > Resources & AI.
Contacts – shows company contacts from Settings > Contacts.
Forms and links
Forms – drivers can open and fill out forms built with the form builder under Forms.
Links (Old forms) – drivers can open links to forms from other form builders, set up in Settings > Links (Old forms).
Tools
DOT Mode – drivers can use DOT Mode to show documents to an inspector. DOT Mode is off until you turn it on here.
DPB AI Chat – drivers can ask questions in DPB AI Chat.
Module features
These switches only appear when the matching module is turned on in Settings > Other Settings > Models:
DVIR – drivers can view and complete DVIRs (Maintenance).
Accident – drivers can add accident reports (Safety).
Maintenance – drivers can add maintenance records (Maintenance).
