How it works

Bulk Upload up to 1000 Documents Using Bot

Bulk AI Upload lets you upload up to 1000 documents of the same Doc Type in a ZIP file (e.g., Registrations, FHA Inspections).

How It Works

• File names don’t matter; the bot scans page 1 (PDF preferred; JPG/PNG supported).

• For Vehicles/Trailers, it looks for VIN # or Unit #.

• For Drivers, it looks for License #.

• If not found, the document goes to the Review tab.

• Refresh the Documents page to see upload reports after completion.

Steps

1. Go to Documents, click Add Document, and choose Bulk AI Upload.

2. Upload a ZIP file (select all files → zip them, not the folder). A PDF file is also accepted.

3. Select the Bot Type:

   • Registration

   • FHA Inspection

   • Permit / Other

   • CDL

   • Medical Card

4. Fill in Model, Doc Type, and Description if needed, then click Save.

Bot Processing Types

• Registration

  • Expiry Date Required: Yes → if not found → goes to Review.

  • Model: Vehicle or Trailer.

  • Doc Type: Registration.

  • Description: e.g., “Registration 2025”.

• FHA Inspection

  • Expiry Date: Bot sets +1 year from inspection date.

  • Model: Vehicle or Trailer.

  • Doc Type: FHA Inspection.

  • Description: e.g., “FHA Inspection”.

• Permit / Other

  • Expiry Date: Set fixed date or leave empty.

  • Model: Vehicle or Trailer.

  • Doc Type: Any (e.g., “NY Permit”).

  • Description: e.g., “NY Permit 2025”.

• CDL

  • Expiry Date: Bot finds expiry.

  • Model: Driver.

  • Doc Type: CDL.

  • Description: “CDL”.

• Medical Card

  • Expiry Date: Bot finds expiry.

  • Model: Driver.

  • Doc Type: Medical Card.

  • Description: “Medical Card”.
