Looking for the new form builder? You can now build forms inside Digital Permit Book under Forms in the main menu. See Build a Form Template in the Forms collection. This article covers Links, the older way of sharing forms from other form builders.
Add and Manage Links
Go to Settings > Links (Old forms).
Click + Add Link and add as many links as needed.
Enter a name and the form URL from any form builder.
Use the pencil icon to edit a link, or the trash icon to delete it.
When Links (Old forms) is turned on in Settings > Driver App, all drivers can see these links in the driver app and open the linked forms.
