Your profile settings are in Settings (bottom of the left menu), under Profile Settings. They only affect your own account.
Personal
Go to Settings > Personal to add a profile picture and update your first name, last name, email, and phone.
Password
Go to Settings > Password to set a new password for your account.
Notifications
Go to Settings > Notifications (under Profile Settings) and turn on the alerts you want.
Email notifications
Expiry Data – a daily expiry report. You can set how many days ahead it looks.
Required Docs – a daily report of missing required documents.
Document Added – when a driver adds a document.
DOT Mode – when a driver starts or stops DOT Mode.
Tagged in Notes – when someone tags you in a note.
Birthday Reminder and Work Anniversary Reminder – when a driver has a birthday or work anniversary today.
Forms – when a driver submits a form.
DVIR (defect or unsafe) – when a driver submits a DVIR with defects or marked unsafe.
Maintenance Schedule – upcoming scheduled maintenance.
Job Application – when someone submits a job application.
Push notifications
Document Added and DOT Mode – the same alerts as above, sent as push notifications.
