Go to Settings at the bottom of the left menu. Settings are grouped into Profile Settings (just for you) and General Settings (for your whole company).

Other Settings
Company ID – the ID drivers enter when they log in to the driver app with a username. Make sure it's something that works for you.
Company Equipment Portal – your company's public documents path and QR code.
Models – turn on the modules you use: Maintenance, Safety, Recruiting, and Vault. Each one then appears in the left menu.
Required
Doc Type Required – requires a Doc Type on every document. We recommend turning this on to stay organized. When it's on and you assign a driver to a truck or trailer that's missing required documents, you'll see a warning and can choose whether to continue.
Division Required – requires a division to be selected. Only use this if you run multiple divisions.
Workflow
Auto-extract DOT Inspection – AI creates DOT inspections from inspection reports drivers send through File Drop.
DVIR – sends drivers daily DVIR reminders.
DOT Inspect – set a default Inspection Site and Inspector Name for the DOT Inspect form.
AI Credits
Go to Settings > AI Credits to see your available credits and a history of how they were used, including the user, use case, and points. AI features such as AI Upload (Document Auto-fill), DPB AI Chat (AI Question), Import with AI, and Auto-extract DOT Inspection use credits.
Each company starts with 100 credits. To add more, contact support.
